I created my EE profile in Jan 14, first time. However, no UCI either. Below is what I get from cic page, it seems acceptable for new profile. So I am very worried if this causes any impact on my eligibility for the draw today. :( I answered No in the question: Have you ever applied....before?

What is my client ID?
Your client ID, also referred to as a UCI, is on all documents you get from us. It is an eight or ten-digit number that looks like this: 0000-0000 or 00-0000-0000.

If you are applying to us for the first time, you will not yet have a client ID. If you are filling out a form that asks for one, write “Not Applicable” or “N/A” in the space provided.

If you are applying online and the form does not allow you to input “N/A,” leave the space blank.
Guys UCI is generated after ITA.

Last few months have been depressing man... And just the other day I figured out that my CRS increase (going from 416 to 441) will actually take place in June rather than April. :(

It's nice that they're issuing NOIs for the OINP again, but I think I'll hold out for now and see how things pan out with the next few draws. Still can't justify spending $1500 when I can't even be 100% sure that it'll speed up the process.

If anyone here is in the low 400s with no clear plans or hopes of a CRS boost in the near future, just go for the OINP. With current trends, there's no telling how long you'll be waiting, or if you'll ever get invited at all. Grab the opportunity while it's still there!
I am also waiting for April in order to get a CRS boost from 416 to 441 :)

If you don't mind me asking, how did you go from 387 score to 487 ?
Hi,
The jump from 411 -> 426 was because of the changes introduced last year in sibling points.

The jump from 429 -> 487 is because of achieving clb 9+

The rest of the minor increases were because of the changes in my ielts score(less than clb 9)

Plz plz Abhishek what's your predictions for today ??? Guys plz give predictions
He has already given his prediction for today's draw a few times. He said around 440. I think 443 +/-2.

Past few weeks have taught people to not have high expectations and even predictions. Nothing is clear until the draw is done and published on the CIC website. Wait for 5 hours and you'll see the results IF THERE WILL BE A DRAW TODAY.
