Are you sure no NOI was issued post 25th July? I can see many ppl received NOI even in Aug,Oct, Nov 2017 in ICT category.

OINP has not issued NOI to HCP stream.
There was no pause on French speaking stream.

Do they update on their website about the dates they are going to issue NOI's?

Yes, OINP officially announces issuing new NOI.

I personally feels, OINP will start giving new NOI (HCP stream) in Feb, as they did in 2017.

Thanks it was eye opener, I was under impression that OINP is issuing NOI every month for ICT professions. I am wondering to wait further for OINP or apply SINP as its open now. One more thing, it is true that once we apply for any province we cant go with any other PNP right?

Sorry guys im repeating my question, but if anybody can please give me some info on this:

i have crs 433 and i'm on implied status, can i still apply for OINP, ? if yes,how can i apply for it? do i need to register somewhere to mention my interest to reside in ontario?

and i did 2 yrs of diploma in canada, does it have to be a degree to be eligible for human capital stream?

Try where ever possible.
It is very much true that once you apply for 1 province you can not opt for any other.
If there is process going on you can stop and need to withdraw previous PNP application.
I hope it would resolve your query.

My crs including my spouse IELTS score is 400. Both of us have done B.E. and Masters (MBA) and ECA is in process. Will enter the pool once ECA is done.

Will the overall crs score increase once I receive the ECA for me and my wife?

I submitted HCP application early Nov 17 and my POF was sufficient then (10k USD) Between Nov and to date i decided to buy shares worth 1500 USD and also moved 1500USD to my savings account. So the balance on my POF account is 7k USD.

I received an ADR today asking for latest transactions on the account i submitted.

So
1 - Can i show the shares purchased as well as their current value ?
2 - Can i move the 1500USD from the savings account back to the main POF account & give LOE for these movements ?

What else can i do to show the ADR successfully ?

Submit your updated Bank statements and shares statement as well. Make sure you explain this situation well in LOE as you have already complicated your file.

They've clearly said the nominations will be released early 2018, so probably by Feb 2018. All the best !
