Curious if anyone had request for PCC and updated forms and then later had request for updated Medical? My hubby’s Medical is good until mid March, just trying to figure out if he will be here by then or if they may request that just before it expires (more delays)?

Spouse sponsorship appeal hearing are held at the IAD in Toronto on a daily basis, they are opened to the public. Why not go down there yourself and watch a few hearings to get some insight, just make sure you are there before 8:30 am to register yourself at the front desk.

I went thru the webside of IRB and got very usefull information, as below. Trust me they went exactly as per below, means, they stared asking me questions, in the same manner, and then they called my wife, over phone, and 90% of same questions, as they asked me, and they except that it would not be 100% matching, so prepare yourself alongwith your wife and do not leave any blank spaces.

To decide this, the Member may consider evidence about:

• How you met your spouse and how your relationship developed;
• The circumstances of your engagement and marriage, including the knowledge and involvement of your families;
• What you did after you got married, including the contact you have had with your spouse;
• What you know about each other;
• What you plan for your future together; and
• Any other information that may help the Member decide your appeal.

I also appealed in December 2016, received my blue book (copy of application and interview notes) in April. I was called in July with an ADR date for September 25th.

If you also appeal in December 2016 you should of at least received a blue book by or some sort of update. I would definitely call the Vancouver office. They are actually really easy to get a hold of and talk to a live person.

I am not sure what an early resolution officer is ....buy this link might explain

It could an officer deciding if you will.do an ADR or appeal .

In regards to when you will hear from them I am not sure ...I recieved bluebook in April and got called for a september ADR date end of July / early August ??

That’s a good thing, they are trying to see if they can settle your file with ADR or if it will need a full trial. ADR is a much shorter wait. Good luck

hy i hope you all are fine. I want to ask that they sent me bluebook and half evidence(that i provided them at interview). So did immigration lawyer l will bring other half evidence that they didn't send us?please reply me i am waiting.
