I do not know how many people work there, how many applications they have, but that nobody has got anything for a month and many days frustrating.

Also seems like anyone who inquiries about the wait time or why it is hauled gets a response that is a computer generated one. you know what I mean?
 
My Wife its applicant since May 24 File transfer to Vienna on August 2 since then no changes in the online accounts , do anyone of you guys are waiting since Ma y ?

NO NOTHING NOT EVEN a single change in the online accounts i think they are very very slow and will take at the 12 months mark for sure

i don't get it everything was done here in Mississauga fast once the file was transfer to Viena August 2nd not a damn update from them i dont know whats the problem or they are slammed with application but its been 7 Months

I understand it is not fair for some obvious things that should end in the shortest possible time, it was subtracted in no way.
 
He hates them to get into the applications and solve the case. It's the easiest thing for them.
Give God a chance to get someone before the New Year holidays!!

I don't think they would put a cap on spousal sponsorship applications, it wouldn't make sense.
 
Embassy reception worker I meet was demonstrating very low quality customer service. He was very arrogant, ignorant and resist. He was very conceited, For sure he is not representing Canadian Customer Service. Its wrong guy in wrong place. He need to be educated how to treat another human being. Bad attitude and lack of concern in human problems. He is paid to be there and serve clients but he is not bothered to do it. I suggest him to change his job as he is not fit to be there. there are many more happy and more helpful people waiting to replace him. he takes advantage of his position to discriminate clients and treat them with no respect or even courtesy.
This was said by the not satisfied client on the Vienna office!!
