WES-Please Help! Confused about institute name, college or awarding body?

I did NVQ Level 5 Higher National Diploma (HND) from a college in London, UK which was awarded by Edexcel. In WES form and later in EE profile, for the institute name what should I write? college name or edexcel? someone advised me to write edexcel but got confused by another person who said it should be college name.

go with the institute that actually awarded the degree/diploma. it should be clearly listed on your document

Thanks for replying but edexcel has no campus or academic staff, they just prepare the syllabus and award the degree. all my teachers were employed by the college and I never got to see any one related with edexcel. All I have a certificate and transcript issued by edexcel where my college name is mentioned as study campus. How come edexcel become my educational institute? I am really confused.

what did you end up doing? I studied Pearson HND LVL 5 at local institute. WES require Pearson to send replacement certificates or I ask my local institute?
