am yet to apply again after my first refusal.in my first application I used my uncle as my sponsor and made an affidavit in relation to other documents. Am I supposed to make a new affidavit in my second application even though am using the same uncle as my sponsor

Well they did not return the affidavit after the refusal (we apply paper base) so we have to get a new one.

I think it is better to have an original documents. If it is hard to get a new one then you cant do anything about it then just send a photocopy.
