I have a query regarding my previous visa status.
I was once denied the US h1b visa raised by my company. My profile was not selected in lottery.
Few months back my company initiated my Canada work permit (ICT) but it got rejected by the consulate. They had sent a general e-mail of refusal without indicating any reason of refusal.
My question is, since i am about to create an EE profile, do i need to mention these in the section where they ask about previous visa.
Will it affect my chances of getting a PR?

Yes, you need to mention all rejections. Not doing so is misrepresentation. Well, it all depends on why you were rejected, but if it is not for anything criminal or misrepresentation it should not affect your application at all.

You should also order a caips report to find out the other reasons of rejection. my friend had a similar case where he made a mistake in his form.
If possible try a good explanation letter clarifying that it was just an error.
Hi. I have one doubt. I am planning to study 8 months graduate certificate program (project management). After completion of the course will it give me additional points when i apply for express entry ? Your valuable feedback highly appreciated.
In my opinion, as long as WES acknowledges your credentials as either a bachelors/masters degree based on that you can claim points.

I am an Engineering graduate(BTech) - 4year degree from India & I did 1 year post graduate certificate course from Canada. I am applying in Express Entry.
So my question is when I check under Education 4th point in CRS : What is your level of education ?
1.Bachelor's degree( 3 or more year program)
2.Two , more certificate, diplomas, one must be for a program of three or more years?
Which of these above two fit in my case?

I have got my reference letter from current employer, however I have worked for 7 years and been promoted twice during this tenure last promotion was October 2013.
however my reference letter (on company letterhead given by manager) only mentions current roles and responsibilities as a manager do I require reference letter from all positions or current roles and responsibilities can work, I can provide all promotion letter and pay stubs as I have all the documents available online. each and every change is documented so not too worried on that.
They have said that letter with all details of all years is not possible only current will be provided.
Any help would be really grateful
