GIC fees not received

I have transferred my fund on 7th November 2017 and todays is 20th nov still I haven't received my GIC fees receipt.I mailed them several times dint get response from them. Dont know what to do.

From sbi bank I made transction to Nova Scotia bank

I called them they told it usually take 10days but I don't understand by they don't reply in mail
I hve mailed them swift copy of transction but no reply from them

It usually takes around 8 business days. Keep calling them everyday and ask if your funds have been transferred or not. It has been more than 8 in your case you should have gotten it by now

I transferred my funds on 20th November. Still haven't received my certificate. I called scotia the said they didn't received any funds yet.
