Does the gov't continue reviewing our application details (jobs, travel, personal histories) while we wait for the final PCC? Or is everything on hold until that PCC comes in and our application is 100% complete?

There is no yes or no answer for this kind of question as we can just give input of our own thoughts here !!depends on the Officer on what they do...order gcms !!
Received PPR email today. Woohoo! That's superfast processing from IRCC. Kudos!
Profile: FSW-O. Indian Citizen. Working in the US since 2014. Not under CEC. Family of 2. Both Master's degree.

ITA: 12 July 2017
Docs submission deadline: 11 Oct 2017
Docs submitted: 8 Oct 2017 (with LoE for FBI certificate as it was not yet received). Paid RPRF up front.
AOR: 08 Oct 2017
Received FBI Certificates (finally after 3.5 months!!): 20 Oct 2017
Medical Cleared: 23 Oct 2017.
Request from IRCC for additional documents (FBI) with upload link: 23 Oct 2017
FBI Certificate submitted to IRCC : 23 Oct 2017
Background Check in process (IP2) : 30 Oct 2017 (We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.)
PPR : 01 Nov 2017 (processed in Ottawa)
Next steps: Send passport to Ottawa for stamping in next 30 days to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR.)
Total Processing time from AOR to PPR: 24 days !!
Status message still remain the same as IP2 even after email for PPR:

Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.

Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
All the best to everyone for PPR who are having the above status messages. It seems processing in Oct is really fast. And it also depends how soon can IRCC verify the documents which one has submitted for work ex.

I have submitted application on nov 1 under fsw inland and received aor. If i change my country of residence(canada to india) by the end of this month and update them through cse. How many chances are of changing lvo from ottawa to ndvo. Second, if everything will be processed at ottawa then what is left for ndvo. Answer would be appreciated. Thanks

Does this mean that for any of the given movements : mep, na1/2 etc , it did not reflect in your application status
And you only received the final ppr email ?
