So, it could be that HCP stream quota of nominations has actually exhausted for this year and nominations for those waiting in Decision in Progress stage will only be issued next year..... as someone mentioned their views in another thread.....

Is it so ?? Any more views on this? Pls share

@BillHyatt @anwar01 please share your opinions about this.
When 594 nominations were left on October 11, the presumption was that this figure is sufficient enough to include all HCP applicants that are in dip stage.

Any different views now??

All comments would be appreciated . Thanks

You can not predict anything about OINP, Until they update their portal with new information. Views on forums are purely speculations which are not based on facts. These speculations will not help you rather make you more tense. In my opinion just Wait and keep a close eye on OINP update web page for accurate information.

@anwar01. Hi, I would really appreciate if you could provide your input on the following:
I received my NOI on 29 June, 2017 and was unable to process my application by the time it was closed in July. I am now preparing all the documentation for the same, but my major concern is, i took my ielts on 30 april, 2016, the score is valid till april, 2018. Looking at the pause and closing of the HCPS i am really concerned that by the time this process will be through, my ielts score might expire. I am not making any changes to my profile being afraid that it might mess up with the NOI. Please guide.

Regards,
Chehak

Updating your IELTS score in your profile will not make any impact on your NOI until your CRS score will remain same. If your CRS points get decreased below 400 after new IELTS then it will become null and void.

But In my opinion if you belong to ICT NOC for which OINP sent NOI with less then 400 CRS, your NOI will remain valid even after your CRS gets lower down, You can ask OINP regarding this. Email them and get the answer.

Thank you so much @anwar01 for such prompt reply. I'm obliged.
I will probably be reappearing for IELTS in December just in case OINP doesn't open up in December and my NOI expires just to increase my score and get through with normal draws. Fingers crossed.

Chehak

Hello Anwar,

I am stuck up while completing EE Application. My 90 day limit is quite near. I need your help to complete the questionnaire.

Under the statutory questions there are two similar / same question repeated differently. I am reproducing both questions here.

Question1: Has….. Name….. been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ)
or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

Yes/ No

Please provide details

Question 2: Has…. Name….ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Yes / No

Please provide details.

Actually I applied twice in 2011 for PR. Once application was refused for not meeting 67 points. Next time the quota for my NOC was finished. Now I have to answer these two questions. These two questions look same. Which one to answer YES and which one NO or to answer both questions yes. What applies to me.

Looking forward to your kind response.

Hello friends,

I got nominated by Ontario on October 14th but still haven't received the hard copy of the nomination. How many more days will this take? Also, what does the expiry date on the nomination mean?
