Hello adijune,
As per BillHyatt reply to me about this, their decision may take hours to weeks after you get an acknowledgment.
My understanding to a PFL is that it's just a request from the processing officer to the applicant to clarify one or some points regarding his application and support that by evidences before a final decision is made. I do not see it as a scary stage of the application processing.
As long as the applicant reply to a PFL is clear and supported by clear evidences, there will be no reason for the officer to abuse his authority and deny such application after that.
We will be nominated soon God willing soon.
Best of luck to you and everyone !
Best Regards,
Thank you so much for giving hope..what was the query in your case..mine was job duties not matching with the noc.so i submitted revised reference letter and notarized document from my employer..
I hope his query gets solved and give nomination

Hello adijune,
They said I do not meet the minimum of 67 points. They must have not paid attention that I had bachelor and two years diploma for which the equivalent score of 22 points when added to the other points (languages, age) should be 67 points in my case.
I sent them every evidence to prove that I have 67 points.
Hope to get nominated so as every other member here as soon as possible to get done with this stress.
Best Regards,

Hi,
I have been a silent reader here. I got a procedural fairness request September 20th requesting that I confirm the right NOC to classify my experience and provide supporting documentation. I submitted all of these last week and got another mail today to authorize WES to share the results of my ECA report. Anyone else been in this situation? What could be next? I'm nervous and hopeful at the same time.
Submitted July 6th

You should have at least 1 year work experience in the past 5 years from the date you get PT notification. (Thanks to sushsmart15 for suggesting the revision).

Does this one year has to be continuous and same NOC for ONIP? If prior to 5 years a person has 3 years.

What supporting documents did you submit
I submitted a reference letter from the company I worked for, offer letter, pay slips, letter of explanation, a screen shot of the new NOC

The message sent:
You indicated that your most recent experience as an IT admin at XYZ falls under noc 2281 which differs from the noc code you chose to be assessed against in myCIC profile.
Please confirm the appropriate NOC to classify your experience. Should you select a new noc, please confirm you have updated mycic profile accordingly
Submit supporting documentation your employment was paid and a detailed reference letter listing start date ....
All of these I submitted with an explanation letter.

Yes, Just a message today to authorize wes to share my ECA report which I did immediately.
OK. I have one doubt.. I have completed 5.6 years in current company of which I have given reference letter, statutory declaration and pay stubs in addition to offer letter and salary breakup submitted earlier..
Before this I worked in a small company for 7 months.. Offer and relieving of the same submitted earlier.. Now because they have outsourced the company operations somewhere else.. They can't provide reference letter. So I submitted solemn affirmation stamped by notary mentioning my tenure working hours and duties..
Will these satisfy them?

I think the experienced ones here should be able to answer that question but from my understanding, You would most likely be assessed against the job you have at least one year of continuous full time employment that is within the last 5 years from date of NOI. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

You are only suppose to provide proof of that employment against which you are claiming CRS points. For other employments, you do not need to send any proof.
