Why did you submit Form B? Checklist asked for Birth certificate/CNIC/passport.
There is a contradiction in place of birth between your passport (Wah) and the place of birth you have mentioned in the forms (Sargodha), so this might be causing some confusion. I am sorry but I have no suggestions for you at this point.

No.. in passport and and in forms I have mentioned sargodha... its just that in B-form Its written wah .. now i dnt know whether they had considered reviewing my B-form in presence of NIC...

Submitted in Sep 2016 and the photocopies are out of reach at the moment. The forms and checklists have been revised twice since i have applied. If there is no clear requirement that it has to be filled by the sponsor as well, then only the PA has to fill it.

Can any 2017 applicant please confirm this?

By reading recent few messages , I have realized that I have made a blunder and this might be my reason for security checks delay... my birth place was sargodha Pak in actual but we moved to wah, rawalpindi immediately after my birth... my father made my B form with birth place wah, rawalpindi... I didnt know this... I wrote sargodha in my passport (neither passport office demanded proof for that) and also written sargodha in generic application form of canada CIC... I had attached B-form with my app as well.. Now after seeing this would there be any red flag in my app for security concerns? M worried... kindly suggest some way...

But I have attached CNIC as well...I am above 18 years. and in CNIC my address mentioned is of wah...No birth place mentioned... would they consider my CNIC or B-form?

Yes those are for the PA only. You may be a Pakistani national but you aren't applying for your immigration. You are a Canadian resident applying for your spouse's immigration.
