Please who knows how long it takes AVO to start processing after file is sent to them... my file was sent on the 29th of August... and still waiting for 3rd line
Mine was transferred to AVO july 6th got 3rd line August 10th. Approximately one month

Why not contact your MP? Am sure they can do something since its more than a year... it's well
I've been in constant communication with MP for the last month. It does nothing except they can call CIC for them to tell you that your app is processing. I met with my Mp on Tuesday. They can't do anything except take your complaint. They can't advocate for your application until after the processing time has passed which is 16 months for Ghana (it went down from 17 months on Sept 2).

My file was transferred July 27th. I received 3rd line August 7th. That's about 2 weeks.
 
@colmiz please tell me he meant sep 2017 cos that just doesnt make sense. how do they explain those from nov 2016 who are getting ppr?

The first time I contacted the MP's office, I got medical request in 2 days... So I thought maybe they might have little effect on applications...

Can I ask someone to copy and paste the different stages of processing from their myCIC, so I can send that to my MP to call CIC and get the details on our case? I mean like the eligibility, background, medical passed, etc

Like we have been saying, nothing has changed on myCIC since file was transferred to AVO, even after PPR, nothing has changed.
