Your case is probably a NO too. Didn't you file a tax for 2014?
Your case will be no unless your husband's income can meet LICO by itself for 3 years. Please READ the requirement before you put your interest to the Pool next year. You wasted a spot.

If the info was entered correctly; it shows the app hasn't been uploaded yet. Keep checking and it should come up in a few days. They seem to be running a bit behind as compared to others who already got the AOR.
Thanks!

My husbands income meets the living requirement itself for all three years.

The reason I don't have a NOA for 2014 is because I wasnthink working back then..can I apply?

Thanks for your detailed reply. Husbands income meets the requirements itself for all three years individually. The problem is I wasn't working in 2014 and so I never filed my returns and don't have a NOA...
AFAIK the sponsor needs to meet the LICO requirements for the last three years. The cosigner is only needed if the sponsor isn't able to meet the minimum requirements. If both you and your husband meet the minimum income requirement for EACH of the last three years either separately or jointly then you'r eligible to apply. If you didn't file a return for 2014 but your husband's income for that particular year meets the requirement, you should be fine. You can not calculate the income as a whole for the entire 3 year period, look at it separately for each year then see if you're eligible or not.

In that case; you don't even need to co-sign. Keep it simple and let your husband be the only sponsor.

We were selected in the second lottery - my son who is sponsoring us got the email yesterday! We have our part of the application almost ready to go. So it looks like CIC waits until they receive and accept the application before requesting the police clearance and medical exams, as that's not part of the application. What's the timeline look like for those who went through the first round? Should we be initiating those things now, or wait until it's requested?

And then assuming everything checks out, how long before we should expect to get pr and how long do we have before we're required to land?

Wait for sponsorship approval atleast.. should take around 3 months or more to reach there.. If you apply for PCs right now, you have a risk of losing their applicable date
You can assume landing may take 1 yr to 1.5 yrs from submission

I don't believe anyone can provide concrete timelines. IRCC is officially showing to be processing the applications from January, 2014. Having said that, some people from early 2016 have already landed. Rough guess would be for the entire process to take between 1-2 years. Medical expires in a year, so I wouldn't go for it unless requested.

After the visas are issued, usually the time to land depends on when your medical and/or passport is expiring. In most cases, the maximum of 6 months. Again; these are all estimates since the time varies from case to case.

Was there a second draw? Did anybody else hear back from CIC?

Wrong - husband can't sponsor his mother in law and father in law. Their child needs to be the sponsor and the husband needs to co-sign.

My bad! I had the understanding that the lottery was under the husband's name for his parents. Need to read properly before commenting. Thanks for the correction!
