Hello Friends,
NEED HELP FOR DUBAI PCC.

I am located in Delhi. I have worked in UAE twice earlier. Unfortunately, I did not keep any copy of my Emirates ID. However I have ONLY THE NUMBER of my Emirates ID ( No document to prove it)

Now I have planned to send my fingerprints duly attested by UAE Embassy in Delhi to a friend in Dubai to submit there in Dubai itself.

I will send all the required documents without any copy of my Emirates ID but will mention the ID number only. My question is :

1. How much time does it take to get PCC without Emirates ID through a friend living there in Dubai.

Took me less than 48 hours but I stay here in UAE. Might be different for a person not available in UAE (not sure though)

2. Do I have to send copy of both passports. I have residence visa stamps on both passports because I worked there on two different occasions.

Better to send both copies.

3. Do they issue a Soft Copy or a Hard Copy.

They only send Soft copy now and that to ur email address so provide them with one. Also the Police certificate is in Arabic so ask them for a English one (costs more for translation)

3. Is soft copy accepted by IRCC.

I got my Police certificate for a job here in UAE not for IRCC so double check with them for hard copy.

Anybody who has experienced this recently by sending the documents through some friend please help and advise me.
Thanks.

Hope it helps.

NOC Code......

Hi Guys,

As we are all anticipating OINP to open sometimes soon, either in the remaining days of 2016 or sometimes in 2017 - I propose we all get together here, chat, discuss, share updates, predict and then share good news... once PT notifications would start coming through.

First of all there is a good thread with info on OINP: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/oinp-ee-human-capital-priorities-stream-comprehensive-guide-t396543.0.html prepared by rajkamalmohanram.

Secondly, we have a watsapp group, pm or leave your number if you want to be added.

Finally, I am new to OINP myself, so I will try help whenever I can with advise or provide a pointer where to look for an advice.

Good luck to everyone!
add me as well Andy, +91-9666222753

Thanks

Is there a certain format for the LOE ? do you have a template of some sorts and does this have to be on a some kind of a specific document ? please give me more specifics .
There is no format and is written on a simple MS Word document.

I prefer the following format:

"Name of IRCC or OINP

Date

Subject:

Dear Sir or Madam,

One Para Introduction including file number and dates.

Personal Details (Passports etc)

Education

Work Experience

Funds

Others

Kind Regard
Your Name
Details

Appendixes"

This format allow you to write explanation of each section you need in an organised way. If you need tables or charts to explain you can refer in your letter to the relevant Appendix.

I hope this will help.

Hi All,

Need your suggestions/ guidance. I have been nominated by Ontario last week and my score is now 1006. I hope there will be a draw this Wednesday, 06/09/2017. Can you please suggest as to when should I book for my medicals or will I get a notification from CIC? My documents are ready as for PNP I had to use them. Now only pending docs are PCC and Medicals, could someone also let me know if I had to take/ download any kind of medical form/ s to the centre? Lastly is there an IME number that I had to provide to the physician?

Looking forward for help...

Dear All,

I need your kind suggestion plz it's urgent...

I have applied for PNP under 4165 NOC code but the certificate I have received from the Ontario is from other NOC code which is very vague and doesn't match my duties.

Now, I have applied for PR WITH AOR 22June.

should I contact PNP regarding the NOC code? Can PNP do such kind of typo error while issuing the nomination certificate.

Does anyone has the same situation?

Should I worry and contact PNP to rectify the mistake and should raise the CSE?

Book your appointment (Call them and book )with nearest medical center .... list of centers check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx..

take your Express Entry letter(print out) along with you and tell them you are doing upfront meds (Express Entry Profile on which you got nomination as they will tag ur medical report against that express entry profile number..).. no IME number/no other forms required..

Take these docs with you
1. Express Entry Letter
2. passport biometric pages copies -2,
3. photographs (even INDIAN PP Size would work) - 2,
4. any medical history then take all your medical reports
5. Pen :)

Your test will be over same day.. 1-2 hrs max..again depends on rush.. at the end of all tests, you will get ur Acknowledgement Receipt from Medical Center.. & that is your proof for medical done...make sure you scan it in color while uploading it for PR application..

About PCC, GET your PCC from PSK (Passport Seva Kendra) ONLY.. (apply for PCC on Passport Website) no need to go to local police station..again scan PCC in color only

Hi Bill,

1. Where do you get this data from ? How can we know which NOC code has higher or lower probability to receive NOI from Ontario? Can you please share link - it will be a big help. I am NOC 0601, and with latest IELTS results (yet to update - waiting for TRF), my CRS would be 400. My wife also has NOC 0601 (confused if i should take 6221 for her - as that's the longest held profile for her - 8 years, while 0601 is 2.5 years).

2. Also, on some later threads, someone posted to have received a mail from Ontario nomination office that HCP quota for this year is full / over. But, i could not come across any such "quota" based segregation of the 6000 nominations that Ontario intends to do this year. Their website states 4006 nominations issued against 6000 till Aug.8 this year - and no further information available.

Anybody who could reply on this - I would really be thankful.

I would like to know who received NOI from Ontario in July but did not create a profile in Ontario web portal, can they still create and submit their application to Ontario PNP within 14 days. Logically the NOI is valid for 6 months so still, they should be able to apply for it.

Am I right ?

Hey Buddy,

Thanks a tonne:):):):)
Most welcome!!

One more point with respect to PCC.. if you have ever lived in any country for equal or more than 6 months (cumulative) in last 10 years, then you will also need pcc from that country..

for e.g. if you stayed there in country X for 2 months in 2014, 1 month in 2016 & 3 months in 2017.. you will need pcc..

so if such case is with you then apply for pcc for that country.. some countries (check forum which are those countries) wont issue pcc unless you have such letter from CIC.. so in that case, mention that in LoE while filing for PR application

There are many, who have received NOIs in July but didn't create profile..

As they have stopped taking application, even though you have NOI, you WON'T be able to create & submit your application or to say apply for nomination

so you have to wait till they reopen the stream..

keep checking http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html regularly

Hi,

Regarding Point 2, that was a mistake.
Consider the following for the same.
"im sorry...that was a misunderstanding from my part....it was witten they will taken in people until quota is fulfilled...i had missed out that 'until'....sorry for the chaos i created"
That person has misunderstood.
The total number of nominations from Ontario (as of 8 Aug 2017) is 4006.
They are yet to release the data, which is expected around 2nd week of September.
Lets hope OINP will reopen soon.

Good luck.
