Hey guys, to those who have uploaded/submitted the schedule A on GCkey, how are you supposed to do it exactly? I uploaded it but it said - not submitted to IRCC. Then I realized there was a continue button, and I followed that until it stopped saying not submitted to IRCC but now it says Replacement Provided and then it says the name of the file, all on green letters. Is this the way it's supposed to be? Also it no longer says until when I can submit the documents.

Hi all. For those who have submitted their pcc and schedule a, how long before feedback is given? Like a transfer to VO or med request? Thank you!

Mine says the same. I did the same including typing my husbands name and answered security question too. Im guessing thats how their electronic submission goes? :)

Yes, that's exactly what I did. Thank you :) Yeah I guess that's how it is, if you just upload it and do nothing else maybe it doesn't really work.

Guys, I'm panicking right now. Am I the only one left behind? Application was received July 14th and I have not received anything yet. I'm really worried. When I called CIC the agent told me to wait another week (few days ago). She didn't mention anything about the application being returned.

There is a possibility your file is taking longer than usual to get AOR. Some people have gotten it after almost two months from the day it was received. Try not to panic. Call them again on Tuesday and ask them to find your application in their system. I don't want to bring your hopes up or down, but be prepared for both scenarios. It may have been returned. If the file is still in the system, perhaps it won't be returned and yours is just taking a little longer. Even so, if it gets sent back, you make sure you get everything right next time. You can be sure all of us here know that waiting and being worried is very unpleasant, but we have to find a way to deal with it and not let it stress us out too much. Eventually we will get to be with our loved ones and all of this will have been in the past, overshadowed by the joy that brings achieving our goal to be with our partners for good and without barriers like immigration ones. I wish you good luck and better days ahead.

Hi everyone,

My timeline:

Sent application: 27 July 2017
Received application: 29 July 2017
AOR1: 01 Sep 2017
Linked: 01 Sep 2017
Request for Sch. A: 01 Sep 2017

My application was originally sent in on 9 June 2017 but it was returned (missed one form) so I lost 7 weeks but stoked that it's finally under way.

I had the following question if anyone could assist:

- Is the Schedule A only for the Principal Applicant (me) to complete? Or does the Sponsor (Canadian Citizen) have to complete one as well? Note that I have applied as a sole applicant and there are no other family members included.

Thanks guys

You have to fill it out, then type your name on the form where the signature would go, that's how you would upload it and submit it to GCkey. If you fill it out, print it and then scan it, it won't be accepted. Do not do that.
