Hello Hervé. Here is an English forum.poeple can only help you if u can ask your questions in English/ bonjour Hervé.
I wasn't able to link my application as well for a year, then I opened a new cic account and I found out that my answer to one of the questions they asked was wrong, mine was how many people on the application including the applicant, we usually as one but this time I said two (sponsor and applicant) it worked for us. there are lots of different reason your application might not be linking, the answers has to be exact as what is on your application, it depends on when you summited the application(if you have an application number, you she be able to link it).Still no responds from anyone about linking my application to mycic, Is it cos my application hasn't been entered into cic system yet or what. I don't get and no one has been able to explain anything to me in here rather my question are ignored , well it is well
I wasn't able to link mine too, my mistake was when they asked for number of people on the application ,I thought they might only the applicant, but they meant both the applicant and the sponsor, so I tried with two and it worked for us.It's such a long process to explain.

Try this link, or search other places on the forum. I haven't been able to link mine. Myself nor my lawyer can get it to link. There is no guarantee it will work. But try the steps on the thread above.
If you continue to have problems, call CIC for help. It says on the website while you are trying to link it that if you can't you can contact them.
Ok, thanks.i think you should follow the advice you've been given by everyone and upload it on your MyCIC account then mail the same information to them through DHL...stay calm..you're almost there
Ok, I will do just that. Thanks so much.As everyone has said, do as much as you can and send to them. I will suggest that you mail all documents by DHL or fedex to Accra. You can have a cover letter (signed by the applicant) to AVO and the reason for this cover letter is to explain beyond reasonable doubt that you and your spouse are legally married and its a legit marriage. Let this cover letter be like a story some what and there will be different sets of printed pictures to buttress each section of the cover letter. This is what i did before submitting the application in Mississauga. Include as much documents as possible that you have. Dont say that this is too much or that is too much. Remember you are trying to convince the Immigration officer and you dont know what specific information he/she is looking for. The more you have and can show, the better you can explain your case to him/her.
Because you have to submit so many documents to Accra AVO, doing it online using MyCIC will not be sufficient. Good luck @Denne
I read somewhere that you should type the last name in capital letters and include yourself in the number of applicants. This trick worked for me. @HolymosesStill no responds from anyone about linking my application to mycic, Is it cos my application hasn't been entered into cic system yet or what. We havent received PPR yet. We were asked medicals and 2 police reports because my wife lived in the UK as well in the past, and we mailed the two police reports using fedex (because it was cheaper to send) and it has been received. myCIC account also shows that medicals has been passed. So essentially we just waiting for the background check and for the request to submit the passport. From a few examples in very recent past, it could take between 2-4weeks and so we just waiting.@ClassicD , have you gotten PPR yet? Or just medical, police cert and forms? I know PPR will be right after, I just wasn't sure if you got it yet.
