Guys ! need your advice ! Please guide me ! There is an update in my profile afte long time.

From Aug 11 started monitoring status, BG was NA, so I believe it is NA2

Now, today BG status has changed to " we are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information!

I have paid all fees upfront itself on the day of application submission June 28

Is this IP2 ?

Most likely yes IP2. PPR after IP2 now could be anything from a day to few weeks. Did you notice a change in the status of additional documents as well? Because if you included a LOE or you were requested later to upload additional documents, and the status was ( we are reviewing your additional documents), and then changes to ( we do not need additional documents) around same time you go into IP2, then thats a good indication that you are in your last step awaiting security pass and officer approval before sending PPR. Good luck

In my case they asked for pcc as additional document which i have not yet submitted but post that they requested me additional doc which i uploaded and after a week status of additional documents changed to no additional documents required though i am yet to submit pcc
My BG status is we are q processing ....

Literally not sure if i am at last stage or still in ip1

@dr feras U r amazing I didn't include LOE and I didn't get any document request at all. But yes Status of My additional documents has changed from "the additional documents you provided are being reviewed" to "we do not need additional documents". So it is sure that it is IP2 right ? Thanks dr feras for clearing my doubt and for wishing me good luck! feeling little bit confident now. I wish, May be I will get PPR soon bcoz I was NA 2 for Long time ! Let's see what visa officer Is gonna do to my file

My pleasure. Yes same changes happened in my file at IP2, and KiranK assured me back then that it indicates file has been most likely approved and ppr is soon. Sure enough, less than 2 weeks and i recieved the golden mail

In your case if I am not wrong you got to know that your case got approved over phone and you are yet to revive PPR right ? Instead of calling I would suggest you request for GCMS notes, because by doing so they will definitely access your file. While accessing if they find that your file is done & dusted but not promoted to PPR, then they may trigger you PPR by escalating the same. Just a guess ! Bcoz I was in NA2 stage for long time, when I sent an email mid of last week to know my visa office within two working days my status has changed to IP2. Just a guess from my side. After all GCMS costs you very less ! Try it !

Thanks Mate ! I think GCMS will take another week's time or even more so it's better to wait. Moreover it's just 3 working days (each day is like passing year) :) let's see if something coming till day end as most of the PPRs are issued by the end of the day, I noticed.
