Sure i claimed Master's degree while my ECA says Bachelore degree, i just saw that even CRS foreign work review is required so ??!
What is the reason for review? What documents did you submit for foreign work experience? If they not 100% sure about NOC, or full time employment or something they need an extra review. Sometimes it can be cleared out without any phone calls or nothing.

I sent very clear letter with daily hours, noc and duties as specified by ircc but the agent mentioned crs foreign work 2 years of 3 yeras i didnt understand and i have mainly +6 years experience ! with noc 0601 02 years of the first and 0124 noc for more than 2 years

You mean you sent employer letter, right? Was it stamped, on letter head paper...everything was according to the requirements? Did they call to your employer?

They will reject if your score is below the score of invitation. Is this employment issue also affects on your score or not?

no but education has already affected my score is less than min required by 14 points

But you already created a new profile, right? I meant if you are applying again, and you count 3 years but they just count 2 years than you can be in a similar situation then before. You said MEC is still ok even if they accept only 2 years of six.
I think there should be something about your employment which has to be fixed to claim scores which is supposed to be.
