Hello guys, I need help with one situation. My wife is permanent resident here in Canada and i m international student in Canada. Unfortunately we both are in differnet states bcz of my studies and her job. Can she still apply for my PR ? Or any other good suggestions that can help my situation. Thanks.

She may be able to sponsor you, it depends. Read the link Janangela provided, that explains who can sponsor and under what circumstances.
The fact that you are living in different 'states' (I assume you mean provinces!) is not a problem in itself as you are married (i.e. it could have been a problem if you were 'common law').
