If your PCC is covering all duration from the age of 18 years, you are good to go.

Last time i left pak on 11th march 2017 but my pcc has dates from birth till 3rd march 2017. Dnt know how i ignored it. Worried due to this reason. However, noc has no date it just says no adverse record.

Yes that might be an issue, but as you have attached NOC too that will serve the purpose. when did you submit your application?

AOR 17th july. 28th medical passed and since 29th BG is not applicable. New reason to be worried now

Hey Guys,

an applicant here from Karachi , Pakistan. I had received an ITA in the may round and had completed all my uploads. Unfortunately my application got cancelled/rejected because of a pcc (police certificate) issued from Karachi , wasn't backdated to 2007 (10 years). Now I am trying to re-apply for the express entry using my profile again but it wont go through. I pass through the eligibility form and then I get to fill in all the forms again and transmit. In my immigration history I got to put in my UCI (as i had been given one in the last ITA) and then it is all fine till transmitting. Once I transmitt it , I even get an acknowledgement. But then I get an inbox message saying this :

Your Express Entry profile has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not eligible for Express Entry at this time

To qualify for Express Entry, you must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, and/or the Federal Skilled Trades Program and/or the Canadian Experience Class. Based on the information you gave in your profile, you do not appear to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for any of these programs at the moment. Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible: • not having a valid language test, • language test results that are more than two years old, • a language test score that is too low, • not having enough relevant work experience, • not having the required education level, • not having enough funds. If you still want to come to Canada as a skilled immigrant, you can take steps to improve your qualifications and register for Express Entry at a later date. For example, you may try to improve your language score or gain a higher level of education. You can also consider applying directly to a province or territory through the Provincial Nominee Program. At which stage your application was rejected. My PAK PCC also does not mentioned last 10 years of stay in Pak, it only states the duration of my current address where my family is residing in Karachi. My current application status states that no additional documents required and i am in IP2. Should i get a new PCC.

Hi PCC should be of back date ? can you please help me regarding to select all provinces and territories and also ontario or BS?

If I would be you I would take a new PCC and send them with LOE. I have seen rejections with the same situations if your PCC is not covering all period of your stay. Although you have attached NOC too but do not take a chance and send them the new PCC.

There is no such info given at cic website which states the duration to be mentioned on paki PCC. However as a rule of thumb it should be valid for 6months and cover the duration if sum1 lived for more than six months. I have covered that period but since 2011 I am visiting pakistan for just a week or two that not make cummulative 6months in total. But cant predict what science CIC is applying.

I live in Dubai and I am from Pakistan and I got the police certificate made for my wife from Karachi mentioning the dates from 2013 till date. This covers her time spent in Pakistan after we got married. However, prior to this she was living from 1996 till 2013 at a different address with her parents.

They have basically raised an objection saying that the police certificate does not cover the full period of time spent in Pakistan.

Does this mean that we have to mention all the addresses on the police certificate or make multiple certificates depending on the addresses? Has anyone else faced this problem before? Can someone please guide me

You do not need multiple PCCs, You have to mention in one PCC all the time duration since the age of 18 till you last visited Pakistan. If they do not mention this whole time duration then you have to take multiple PCC from the individual addresses she lived since the age of 18 years.

Thanks Anwar. I have heard that in Pakistan PCC is made based on the current address appearing on the NIC. Is this true? Also, did you face a similar situation?

No I have read similar cases as yours on forum. Yes you are right, if you are not residing in Pakistan, you should get PCC from your permanent address, in case they don't mention all duration since 18 years of age then you have to take PCC from temporary address on ID card too. Mention all the duration in PCC since 18 years till your last visit leaving date of Pakistan.

Dear Fahdi, there is no need to worry as you already in IP2. PCC is,usually checked in IP1. Insha Allah, you are safe now. Soon you will get ppr.

Do you have experience of translating the documents for embassy? Do they give affidavit too for translation?

No need for any affidavit. Go to hamdan. U will find many approved legal translators. After translation they will stamp the seal. I uploaded my german n uae pcc tranlsations without any affidavot.
