I have his notarized birth certificate,10th,12th certificates and voter id. But someone told me that we should send them original as it is written on cic website. Are you from India??
I think you should be fine with that, they are only asking for Birth Certificate, notarized should be sufficient (you don't want them to lose the original). And yes, my husband is from India and I am sponsoring him.

Hi i just have a question
Me and hubby resent our application and they received it june 13. I called and told them that its been over a month and i havent heard anything yet and they said that its not on the system yet but they did received out payment already and told me to call them back in 2 weeks. What should i do? Do i call back next week instead of calling them back in 2 weeks. Im getting frustrated and im 3 months pregnant.

I hope so...they returned my file bcz of missing noa...if birth certificate would have been their concern i think they would have listed that as well in the letter along with other points.

That's true, if they felt that it wasn't correct they would have addressed it in the letter.

Who is messing up the data in spreadsheet?????????

Oh My Word...!! Spreadsheet is completely screwed up..!!

How on earth someone can mess it up so badly...!! If I give this spread sheet to kid, even he wouldn't be able to mess it at this extent...!!

If you follow the steps --> country where you are paying from, what type of application, what are you paying for?
Answer these 3 questions as it applies to your application.
Click - Get payment instructions
Then you should be able to see 3 options as follows:

  1. Sponsor your spouse or partner = Sponsorship fee ($75), principal applicant processing fee ($475) and right of permanent residence fee ($490) = $1,040
  2. Sponsor your spouse or partner without right of permanent residence fee = Sponsorship fee ($75) and principal applicant processing fee ($475) = $550
  3. Sponsor a dependent child = Sponsor only a dependent child ($75 sponsorship fee and $75 processing fee) or include one on an application with your spouse or partner ($150) = $150(per child)
after that click on "pay fees online"
you follow "immigration" = "Pay Immigration Fees" section of paying online if you are sponsoring your spouse.
Click "Spouse, partner, or children" under Family Sponsorship
Choose one of the 3 options = write "1" in the box provided.
Follow payment options.

Hope this helps!

Thank you very much.
For the login page, can I use my account as I already have one or it should be on PA's name

how can someone mess up the spreadsheet like this?????? Is there any working/good spreadsheets which we can track the status? Can the spreadsheet owner revert back the changes?

For all those that have deir files transfered...why is it difficult to answer just this simple question. After submittin sch A and Pcc...do you still have ' your action is required' on your online profile? If yes, at what point will that change. Cos my spouse has submitted both but still have action required on profile. Thanks.
Mine has been like

call back in two weeks as instructed.... its better to follow their directions then not... being three months pregnant will have no bearing on the application -- i am 4.5 months pregnant and this is not speeding up the process
