Didn't the temporary pause last for 11 months? Feb to Jan of 17?
Technically still temporary o_O
The fact that their website is always down means their site cannot cope with the traffic from panicking users logging in at the same time so they deemed it is better to pause the registration for a while.

However, I believe it is just a temporary pause until they have cleared all pending submissions. They have yet to publish OINP quota for this year has been fulfilled, as they did on 12-Jan for 2016's quota. Let's wait for another month or two and hope HCP will open again soon.

Reading such sad news, some even PMed me, on a morning is really devastating and can't help feel sorry for all.

WTH........and it doesn't help that SINP deemed me ineligible under their EE program coupled with the fact that I lost my brother a few days ago! Thanks for the reply. Hopefully youl sail through tomorrow.

What it is exactly im waiting for, a new reference number to put on the EE profile or? or is it the same reference number that i have been using with WES all along ?

Thanks
When you get the ECA from WES it'll have your ECA certificate number on it - at least in my case it's the same as your existing reference number with the letters IMM at the end (e.g. 1234567IMM). You'll need to enter this number along with the date of the ECA report into your EE profile.

Here is what I posted on post #1523, hopefully it can help you understand how many ppl submitted their application within those 50k+ ITAs

Guys I found something interesting here, is a open source information from the government of Canada:

http://open.canada.ca/data/en/dataset/593e9165-c6ce-4f9b-b519-03d315f92cd4

As of 31st May 2017, there are around 47876 ITAs issued but only 16630 submitted their application;)

One ITA might end up with 2ppl, even 3,4 ppl if possible, so the approximately new PRs might be *I don't know, bad at math
I'm not sure about the above data - I would be very surprised if only 16,630 applicants had submitted their applications out of 47,876 total ITAs. According to the spreadsheet you linked to, the data are preliminary and subject to change, though I'm not sure what changes could be made that would account for the fact that, based on numbers from the past two years, it should be more like two thirds of ITAs result in a submitted application. I guess we'll only know for sure at the end of the year when they release the 2017 EE summary.

In terms of your coment about 2,3 or 4 people per ITA; that may well be the case in individual circumstances, but you may be surprised perhaps that in actual fact, when taking into account the fact that many ITAs do not result in PR (whether through rejection, withdrawn profiles, applications which timed out etc) the actual ratio is around 1.2 landed PRs (including dependents) per ITA. You can work this out simply looking at the EE year end reports which give stats on how many ITAs there were and the total number of landed immigrants.

The 1.2 ITA to PR numbers have held steady since 2014 and I'd be extremely surprised if they change much this year. On the basis of 1.2 PRs per ITA, 47,876 ITAs should equal 57,451 PRs. On this basis, it seems to me that IRCC aren't too far off their desired 2017 quotas: Their 2017 targets are for 122,000 landed PRs through PNP/FSW/FST/CEC (high end being 129,300). 5/12ths of the way through the year they have 57,451. If they keep the exact pace of ITAs going then by the end of the year they will be at 137,882 PRs.

If this is correct, perhaps we may see a slight slowing of the number of ITAs issued, but perhaps if fewer people than normal have been submitting applications following their ITA then perhaps not. I'm expecting that broadly things will stay the same for the next 6 months. I'll be expecting draws of around 3000-4000 candidates every fortnight and for CRS scores to gradually fall to around the 400 mark and settle there.

For the draw which will hopefully come today, I'd be expecting a number somewhere in the low to mid 430s with around 3500 ITAs issued.

I'm a bit confused here, I thought the target was to get 300 000 new PR's in 2017 but you said the target it closer to 130 000?

What's the difference between an ITA and PR goal?

I am so sorry about what happened at your family end, please keep the faith up and high. Life has its ups and downs, but no one told us it was a cake walk to begin with right? Things will work out for you for sure, just keep up the positivity and move ahead. Wishing you all the very best and for a speedy PPR.

So so sorry about the loss of your brother. With all that's going on with you (emotionally) you probably wouldn't be able to focus and do well in your IELTS test. Just use this time to be with your family and do the test at a later date. Then you might be able to get direct ITA later this year.
What's your current CRS?

Helo all

Was checking on net and landed in this forum , really nice to see so many ppl in the same boat. Hopefully things will turn out good for all.

Just a small question. My CRS is 409. I resubmitted profile for Ontario on 7 July. Till date haven't heard anything from them on NOI. is it bcoz the next draw is scheduled for today or tomorrow??
BTW my NOC is 1225.
Any suggestions will be really appreciated.

Cheers and good luck to all for today draw.

This is one case where low cut off score is welcomed by all. ;);)
