Hello,

So I have submitted application to migrate to Canada under Family sponsorship class, I got an email and they give me the UCI number, but whats next is there something I should do or just wait ?

another q, I know this process will take long, I would like to visit my wife in Canada for two weeks as she is expecting our first child during these two week, the question is should I apply for temporary visit visa ? would this effect my application ?
Thanks,

Next would be a sponsor approval email/ letter. A request to submit scheudle A, maybe a medical request and then a transfer to your local visa office.
You could apply for a TRV if you can demonstrate strong ties to your home country proving you are likely to return back. We have seen cases of approval and rejection too.

Thanks Janchor, so I guess I will have to wait for the next email "sponsor approval email/ letter.".
Does my Job here and my family (mother & father, siblings ) considered strong ties to the country I am living in ? what I should demonstrate as an approve that I have strong ties ?

Also, I already have an application to move to Canada, which is still under process, I dont know if this will be taken against the TRV application, as I already showed them that I wanna move to Canada ?

Yes your job, investments etc would count as strong ties to your home country. I would advice you to post your TRV query in the visitors visa thread on this forum, the experts there will guide you step by step on your TRV.

That's fine you can have a dual intent, please state upfront that you have a spousal sponsorship application in progress and attach a copy of the AOR email etc.
