I'd rather wait for a direct ITA with your CRS. There were only few who got NOI this week.
I would wait on OINP if you have the luxury of doing so. We received OINP NOIs in Dec 15' and we didn't submit them, as I was sure we were going to get direct ITA. Funny thing happened though, we missed direct ITA twice by 1 POINT!!! So while those who submitted OINP spent the basically all of 2016 waiting for OINP nominations, I was kicking myself the whole year as the CRS scores did not come back down to my score the whole year (I lost age points and dropped from 452 to 447). Then in Nov, when the rule change on points for job offers went into effect, the scores started to drop in Dec.
I finally got ITA in Feb, a couple months after most of the OINPs from the previous year were getting nominations. I ended up getting PPR before many of them who submitted their applications in Jan., or Feb, since the PNP apps take longer, and saved the $1500. This immigration process can play tricks on you, but I'm sure it will end well for most of you here in the forum. Btw, I'd say have all your documents ready, and submit OINP if it's getting close to the 90 days, otherwise try to get direct ITA, the PNP applicants seem to be a lot more stressed out!
