New Immigrant Step Over / long layover in Toronto

Hi,

I am immigrating as PR next month to the Saskatchewan Province, but my first stop will be in Toronto. This way, my landing process will be made in this airport.

As I'll be there and I have a system in law living there, I would like to know if there is a problem to go out from the airport between the connections to visit her, or if this could cause me problems during my immigration process.
