Originally applied Oct 2014, refused May 2015. Appealed June 2015. Won appeal May 9 2017. App received June 5 2017 in Ottawa.

So your app got transferred after mine and your background check is already is progress

I don't know if the backround check in process. I anticipated my husband getting requests for new medical & pcc.
Then possibly bgc.
In Rabat when he was refused May 21 2015. Another applicant was practically invited to come to Canada. His bgc seemingly didn't exist. Had nothing in file, hadn't paid the 2nd fee. He got his visa 1 week after he paid his fee. Made me think they drag their feet with some ppl.

It's kind of hard to feel like nothing is wrong when people who get aor2 after me get background check in progress before me lol

How do I do this ? I know there was a thread but I can't seem to find it on my phone

6 weeks is not a long time to wait for bgc to go in progress, correct?
