Oh yes, it was CLB7 (not 9) for FSW (since I thought you were under that stream). Since you are under CEC, I cannot really guide you. We would also have to review your entire profile to have a better idea of your issue. You may want to check on threads related to CEC.

With all due respect I think you are wrong! It surely will reach that even in August.

The CIC data and the Express Entry intake trends suggest it won't reach 406 by September, if there are no consecutive draws.
I hope I am wrong in my analysis.

Although I am on vacation and enjoying it, I think about draw a lot! Why there was none! Sometimes I feel Canada will never come for me! I know everything in life has the right time and place but it's really hard to wait! A moment of weakness, sorry!

I know the feeling, I used to feel the same and in a blink of an eye CRS dropped magnanimously! I waited for 2 years for that ITA (though i don't wish for anyone to wait that long) and finally perseverance won my friend.
Still sometimes I feel like this, as still I am in processing stage, still feel scared and wonder that, "will this actually happen?" "Will that day come that i will be jumping like i maniac to celebrate this good news". Then I remind myself of how like a miracle things just changed and ITA came, so I kick away the negativity and get back to hoping.
The journey to Canada tests you like nothing else, first wait for WES, then for IELTS, then for ITA, ITA. ITA and ITA jumping from one ray of hope to another, then for Medicals Pas, etc etc etc etc, till PPR, its a bloody torturous saga of wait and fear. It can only be won over by Faith and Hope.
Which i know plenty of us have.

In my opinion, a lot of undue importance is given to the impact of the nominations on the CRS cut off or the federal draw.

As per the Express Entry pool data released by CIC as of June 22, only 355 candidates accepted nominations and got a score of CRS 601 or above which means in 22 days only 355 additions due to PNP in the pool which comes to an averages of around 355/22 = 16 per day.

Historically, the average intake per day to the pool of candidates with CRS 601 and above is only around 20, which means in 2 weeks (if CIC conducts biweekly draws), only 20*14 = 280 candidates get added to the pool with nominations which is roughly 8% of the total ITAs issued (considering 3400 ITAs).

Hence, the impact of PNP's is very minimal.

Why do you think so? Usually around 100 people per day enter into the pool and till today around 1500 would enter and I think crs could be around 429 then in 2 weeks 415 and then in August around 405. It is possible even with 2 draws per month.

Although I believe the reason why there wasn't a draw last week is because CIC is doing half year report, looking at number of issued PRs, people landing and their overall quota. i think they are preparing something big and everyone will be surprised with the outcome. There will be a draw with time stamp for the first time and I think a lot more ITAs then anyone expecting!

Please note that this is only my personal opinion backed up with a lot of hope!

Even I was positive with my 387pts a few days ago, checking all RoH threads and hoping for the best - CRS cut off will decrease, just no one knows how fast. And then getting ITA is just one of the 1st big stages, followed by even more exhausting process of going safely through approval towards PR.
Preparing for the worst, hoping for the best!
