Thanks for your reply. I was actually concerned because after he transfers the money to my account, I guess he will be left with around 2000 CAD, will that be a problem, since I ll have to submit his bank statement as well

No not at all. I don't have a Masters degree either. I think it basically depends on the NOC. And usually Ontario sends out NOIs on Friday and that too filters based on fresh profiles. So, we can't really say why you didn't get it.
Anyway, you have a great score, you'll get it in this draw (I'm hoping I would get it too ). Good luck.

Hi @khalidr, I'm not sure why you'll have to show your father's statement? Is he travelling along with you? (Sorry if I missed that)
If not, you don't really have to.

You do however require a degree to be accepted for ONIP, I only have a diploma so investgated it and was told that only a degree is acceptable. Which was a bit disappointing as I had an NOI.
