FSWO here. 113 days, including today. Stuck at NA. Meanwhile, everyone who applied at the same time have their PPR. :(

Mine AOR on Mar 3. I had to appear for an interview on June 30 with my spouse. No news/ update yet, although the Visa Officer told me to wait for couple of weeks from June 30. I am checking my e-mails every hour these days. Really don't know what to expect and what makes my case so tough to pass through. I have worked in only one country before.

Its been a very informative platform. But i could not find what happens after PPR? How long does it take from Passport submission to receiving COPR? And after receiving COPR what is the latest a person can enter Canada for the first time? And what happens if one couldnt enter by the latest date mentioned?

Thanks in advance for you inputs :)

hi Layla,

Many congratulations. Really Happy for you. I am AOR 18 and submitted my RCMP Certificate on June 22. Hope i get my PPR very soon.

Can you please let me know which stream you are from?
Hello sentraj thank you!
I'm very sorry I didnt respond to your message soon. My stream is CEC inland. Took almost 100 days from e-AOR to PPR for your reference.

I got a procedural fairness message and am stressing out. Can someone message me privately to help me out with this before I submit the web form? I just want to make sure I get this right, this could be it for me

Passport submission to COPR is typically 10 business days in North America. Some have waited more; if you are outside North America; it might be a bit longer due to postal delays.

They issued you a procedural fairness letter at day 108?! Very sorry to hear that. But I guess you still have a chance to challenge the letter, right?

I didn't get refused, I have 7 days to submit documents addressing the concern (wanted to make sure my account funds are accessible and transferable). I just want to respond properly and not mess anything up.

Sorry to hear that...

Here is a case that was approved after procedural fairness letter was issued. This person took legal advice before replying back.
