If you have everything Ontario is asking for, that'd be great. If not, then payslips on the company letterhead would work just as well.

My payslips were on plain paper so I included my bank statements showing my first and last salary. I also included my tax documents.

Best of luck.
Thanks @Wandering Mind

The thing is, Pay slips are on plain paper but have company logo and stamp on all of these. I wouldn't be able to show last salary transaction in the bank statement as the company collapsed financially (that's what they said, however, they are still functional) and they never paid me my last salary along with many other months. Luckily, second last salary (Before the month of notice period) and the first few salaries are there in the bank statement. I do have the pay slips for all of them. The job was in Gulf region so no tax documents.

I did my first job in Pakistan, the income tax is deducted automatically before the salary is processed into our accounts. The first two salaries I revieved were in cash, because I did not have any bank account by then, and the amount wasn't enough on which income tax could be charged (I joined as an intern). I do have it all on paper on pay slips. My bank statement starts from the third month of my employment and income tax was charged from this point on.

Please share your opinion on these scenarios. I appreciate your support :)

Hi Shyam, you're mistaken about what a work contract is.

A work contract is a specific document - a written agreement between an employee and employer and signed and dated by both.

It contains details about the employee's salary, job responsibilities and other information.

Hope this helps.
Hi, You are right about the contents of work contract. Appointment letter has the same details. And content of the document is more important then how it is called, because different countries has different rules and documents.

So you can provide work contract or appointment letter, both are the same. Or you can also provide any other letter provided by your employer with such details.

Hello Guys,
I am new to express entry, so to OINP.
Here is my case
I created my profile on June 28th 2017
IELTS
R - 7.5
W - 7
L- 8
S- 7
CRS points : 403 (Under NOC 2174)
I received PNP from Ontario on 29th June
Not sure, If I should proceed with the PNP or wait in the common pool ( I think 403 is pretty low score)

Also If I go with the PNP
In past employer reference letter will below documents work
Joining letter (Describing my roles and responsibilities)
Salary statements/Bank statement for salary credit
Relieving letter.

Thanks in advance

1) Minimum CRS 400 is old mandate, it has changed a week back.
2) Work contracts means anything related to work like salary slip, experience letter, letter of appointment, promotion letter(its required as a proof that you are actually doing a job)
3) & 4) what do you have in job offer and relieving letter, read it carfully, does it state what kind of work you do, your role and its activities in detail?
1)My offer letter,Pay slips and experience/relieving letters include my tenure in those organizations, annual salary and monthly,Date and joining and leaving,my role.Only thing it missed is my roles and responsibilities...Can I get them by notary if i couldn't get on company letter head
2)Is it mandate to include spouse IELTS details. My spouse scored 5.5 in 2 streams so will it accept and let me proceed
3)One more thing is I dont have Birth certificate but I do have my SSC and passport. Can I get a birth certificate based out of them and I my actual birth date and certificate dates are variying?
4)Do we need to take police clearance certificate now?

Hello Seniors.
I am new in this forum. Could somebody please help me here.
I have a CRS of 419.

I recently got NOI and am planning to apply. I had given a total of 10 years work experience in my EE profile and have claimed the maximum allowable 15 points for the 6 years of work experience. My eligibility points are 74.
Now I wish to change my work history section by removing a portion of 1 year job experience midway in between as the company is closed and I have only appointment letter and no relieving letter for this one year.Still I will have a continuous 6 year work experience remaining since 2010 plus earlier 3 years experience also, a total of 9 years since 2006.

I have not registered with OINP yet.

1.Does changing it will have any impact on NOI offer to me or affect in any other way. .

2. What?, if I do not make any changes..

3.Also does OINP allow changing work history in EE profile after issuing NOI.

4. In my another period of 3 years tenure the appointment letter is with some of job duties described but not all as per NOC. Is it sufficient in the absence of any reference letter.

Thanks and hoping for an early response.

It is not mandatory to show payslips and my friends got Nominations without them. I have suggested them to instead attach Salary and Income Tax Deduction Certificate. This should include your Month, Gross Salary, IT Deduction, and Net Salary. So if there was no IT simply put Nil or (-) in that column. This certificate should have Sign from Accountant or Head of Department responsible for Payroll Records and Companies Official Stamp. It is best to have it on Company Letterhead if you can.

If you attach this certificate then you are not required to show Payslips, Bank Transactions or other documents for this purpose.

Hello can anyone please help?

Do I need to submit all the documents below for Proof of Compensation?

OINP guide mentions the following-
"Proof of compensation from previous and current employers for all periods of work (foreign and Canadian) stated in your application. Proof may include copies of:
 Pay stubs, pay cheques or pay statements,
 Bank statements showing salary deposits,
 Income tax documents, or
 Letter(s) from employer(s) explaining why this proof is not readily available."

Is it ok if I submit the Pay Stubs and Bank Statements? Has anyone had any success with their application?

Thank you for your help.

Hi guys,
What if a profile that has received Ontario Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter loses points due to age and scores less than 400 CRS points before or after receiving letter of nomination. I am seeking for this clarification as it has been mentioned inwww.ontarioimmigration.ca that a minimum of 400 CRS points should be maintained through out the process till PR. In such a case i have known through documents and IRCC/CIC website that the CRS points at the time of ITA will be considered under federal EE. But under OINP through express entry-HCP stream i want to know how are these points fluctuation due to ones age would affect if he/she continues with expressing interest to this PT notification letter or Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter. In the current case scenario how would it influence now and at later stages till filing for PR if all other requirements as per FSWP and MEC is fulfilled.
Regards

Hello house, I was nominated for the Ontario PNP with a score of 355. While filling my EE profile I inputted post secondary program ended in April 2017 without internship.

My school just informed me that since I am enrolled for the Internship now which I started in May, my post secondary certificate will not be issued until I complete the internship in August 31st, 2017.
I had my Masters degree evaluated by WES in Canada.
I have started filling my e file portal, but do not have my post secondary certificate but I can add my transcript.

Pls what should do ?

I am facing difficulties to provide proof of compensation and payslips for the first month and last month of my first work experience. Because first month payslip is not available in the system and last month salary was held because I resigned from my position and it was later settled through cash cheque with other liabilities and benefits cumulatively. Hence, specifically salary deposits of these months are not reflected in the bank statement and payslip.

What can I do here? Can I just provide a available random months pay slip?
