Could be yes, because from me they asked for additional document where as my status is still "submitted". My NOC is 2282.

Same here, I had 2 employers before. Could be that the reason for delay? Don't know.

I do not think the reason being is due to the previous work experience because I had three different employers before including two co-ops and had to submit all of T4 slips, paystubs, employee contracts, NOAs, and reference letters to prove.

Then, it's completely unknown for me. OINP have there own criteria to assess the applications.

They do not send us any notification emails. You should login and check the status often at OINP website. You will be fine. Don't worry.
