My wife eca is done with her name before marriagr and all other documents including the ee profile details has her surname changed to.mine.

Will this be a problem ,i read that a loe should be enough for this issue, please suggest.
No, this won't be any problem, do not worry, just translate her birth certificate and show it to the immigration, you will be fine )))

why can't we....;)
may be we'll hit the market with hand brewed 'Exotic Himalayan' brand...and we'll keep a catch line
"turn of all heaters this winter....just take home a pint:D of Himalayan..:p:p"
Yeah, we could. I just wonder if that would be legal (considering the lethal ingredient that I talked about before).
The brighter side is, I hear Canada planning to legalise marijuana, hence we might just manage to brew our venomous spirit in Yukon.

Hi Seniors,
Just wanted to know will there be any problem if I apply just by having around 15 months of work experience. I have my sister in Canada as PR.
So for fsw, one year is enough?

Yes, 365 days of consecutive work is enough to apply.
.

Your work experience must be:

  • in the same type of job as your primary NOC
  • within the last 10 years
  • paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships don’t count)
  • at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC)
  • at least 1 year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous:
    • full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
    • equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
    • full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
You must show that you did the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC, including all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.

If you cannot show that your work experience meets the description in the NOC, you are not eligible under this program.

haha....in the queue only few months ....but been preparing documents since last year july.....ok now i just sound impatient
In comparison to me, definitely lol. Applied 2014 couple of times, incomplete documents and quota filled. Of course i didn't have adequate knowledge of EE until 6 months ago but still, you do the math. Anyway, if you are feeling like OINP is the way, go with your gut feelings and it will work out definitely :)

That's true passion, and that confirms our business partnership. I'd get the venomous ingredient, and you take care of the marketing.

Hi All,
I have gotten a doubt while filling express entry profile. I am working as IT professional and having 10 years of IT experience. Out of my 10 years of experience, I've worked for 6 companies. My designation in three companies are Software Engineer. So My NOC code is 2173

My question is

1. In other three companies, my designations are 'Technical Lead', 'Associate Lead' and 'Programmer Analyst'.
So what is NOC code for these designations. Please advice
