seriously sounds like a good idea...will require not much seed capital......get some funding and we could very well be joint owners of a good business...and will have free booze all the time :p:p..
and of course andie & astral & mq ,could keep us all sober and bring in variety...:)

I'll do accounting! :D

I shall be highly grateful if somebody who has already recreated EE profile explain in detail the steps taken to recreate the existing submitted profile in order to be eligible for NOI
Easy peezy....I did it today... just go to your account and click the withdraw application button. Then make a new application like you did the first time. You dont even have to update job bank details anymore.

Hahahaha. I am only catching up now as i do not want to miss a thing here with my mates @lino82 @mqamar1994 @astralsource @andieangel @ivancabrer and many others. Work got busy yesterday and i had to attend a work related training, that is, trainers training for TOEFL. How good it would have been only if it was IELTS training lol. Anyways, i'm not drinking these days, i'm saving it for ITA, PPR, Landing, and yes our Northern Light n Polar Bear tour. FTW. Ok @lino82, you take care of booze, you and i have very much the similar taste, lighting @andieangel, @astralsource - music, and @ mqamar1994, ummm what for you my man? Ok driving and food hahahaha.

PS: Forgot to add, gonna be inviting 3-4 of my country fellows from my vibergroup as well. It is gonna be epic. RoH Draw 66 Alumni is on my friends ;)

Haha. Yes I'm a foodie :)

One more question which I need clarification from you all experts.

My spouse is primary applicant. She was a research fellowship (in molecular biologist or microbiologist) having 5 years and 11 months of experience and NOC code is 2121.
Also, we have project offer letter, experience letter, stipend payslip and relieving letter of my spouse.

My question is
She had received STIPEND (i.e., no Provident Fund, no TDS, No Form 16, can't file Income Tax return etc.. ) of her Research fellowship job through out her 5 years and 11 months.

Will these be considered as work experience which we filled in Work history section in Express entry profile? Is this valid one?.

Many Thanks,
rthoguluva

I'm surprised CIC up that early, hehe. Might be an indication of a draw later that day or just before, on Monday....who knows..

I hope during the 2 hour maintenance they add data center grade hardware so that we all see the light at the end of tunnel the moment draw comes. No waiting for 24-48 hours to get an ITA. :).
On a side note what in the world are they doing with 2 hour downtime in this modern world where downtime is greatly frowned upon.
Oh if im guessing correctly they arent in cloud (Amazon/ Microsoft) as yet that's why this repeated downtime.

So are there fixed dates when it comes to draws? I am a bit confused about this, do they come during the beginning, mid or end of a month?
For example my profile has been updated yesterday and I make past the cut off of May 31st, do I just wait and look out for an ITA message or is there an official drawing date?

Guys, I have submitted with NOC code 2273 as my designation was Software Engineer but role was Java developer. However, if I see the duties of 2173 and 2174 I find them 50-50 in my work experience. Should I update the form to 2274?

I think it should be Programmer 2174 because your job includes programming in Java. Software Engineer 2173 is more generic. Its for people like me who donot code but use Platforms like Pega Rules for development. :)

Isn't this some sort of "brute force"? Don't do it please, it might do no good to the IRCC website by constantly pinging it, and consequently does worse to us patients!!

Well am not sure this can be classified as a brute force attack. There really is no difference between what am doing and a refresh party. Am only requesting for the page every 5 minutes. However, thinking further about this, I've modified my code to only request for the URL
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/rounds.asp on MON - FRI between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST every 15 minutes. Really that can't be considered a brute force.

Thank you

They shouldn't be on the cloud. This is extremely confidential data and of a government office. Ideally they should be having their very own data centres classically managed by experts. As much as cloud gives relaxation and peovides ease and flexibility in many ways, there are always security cocerns about it specially when the data is of this confidentiality.

Let me explain the security concerns part, data of corporations can be stolen or sneaked in by some individuals and even if attacked successfully, it never ever is or can be a threat for an entire country. Data of ministerial office is an entirely different story even if ministry itself, makes it public every now and then by themselves.

I have a bachelor in architecture (NOC 2151) and a master degree in conservation and restoration of historic buildings,..
That sounds such an exotic work! Where are you based? Is it exciting to restore old buildings?

That's amazing! I would buy that! :D
why can't we....;)
may be we'll hit the market with hand brewed 'Exotic Himalayan' brand...and we'll keep a catch line
"turn of all heaters this winter....just take home a pint:D of Himalayan..:p:p"

sure it will be a big hit in Ontario, Hydro ( electricity) charges are crazy here.. ;)

Yes, It is!! I'm constantly in touch with archaeological, historical and artistic monuments, as Mexico is one of the most culturally richest country in Latin America (nearly 190 open public archaeological zones, 125,000 historic monuments and 2000 artistic monuments) so, this job has showed me more than the visitors could see :)
