U are fine the way u did....
but,OINP need lot of stuff from each job that you've done in last 10 years whether u claim points or not....check the application guide in below page..but if u get an NOI u can explain them with letter of explanation....for regular ITA u'll not be asked proof for employment mentioned in personal history....so stick with what u have done

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL.html
OINP is exactly what im worried about. Thing is, if i dont mention previous job at all, they are never gonna know I had another job before right?

see when you create EE profile u don't know if you will get NOI...and fsw EE tells u not to put those experiences which u are not claiming points for in work history ...u are expected to fill those in while filing eAPR only in personal history....
so,if u get an NOI ,they have a separate application form for getting nomination...in that you will have to furnish last 10 year work history whether u claim points or not...and where u lack docs, write a letter of explanation along with whatever proof you may have...
& it won't be misrepresentation as every candidate will create EE profile with only the experience for which they are claiming points for and will follow Ontario specific documentation if and when they apply for the nomination...

In addition to that,

I couldnt get the PR cuz I didnt know the challenges of children in the 18th century :D:D. That was the topic of my writing section that resulted in being .5 short in writing only.. regardless of having a degree from Canada and living in Canada for very long!!!

Do kids actually have challenges! Seriously! And why the hell should I think about that in 2017..

Ironically, a guy I met came as a PR in his first month under some program or pnp.... and guess what!!!... he doesnt speak English! AT ALL :confused:!!... also had no degree...
Yes! that what happened to me with the task that I was given on my recent IELTS exam, the topic was, as I can recall:

Nowadays, young people are taking up leadership roles which in past were given to older people. Why do you think is that? And do you think it is a positive or negative development?

The wording not exactly the same though!

I was just like HUH:eek: for the first 3 mins :D... why the heck that leadership roles being given to young people rather than old ones! it's unfamiliar topic as I don't think it's a trend that it's preferable to assign leadership roles to youngers these days. The problem is, it's not that topic that easy to find an argument against or in its favor.

But anyways, I did file for remarking 10 days back solely for writng module to claim the extra 0.5 meanwhile I'm preparing for my next exam on Aug 3rd.

I take this chance guys to say that I really like the smell of that positive vibes in this thread and how amazing that the fellas in here are getting together and helping one another for the sake of success and moving forward with their future prospects.

Keep the wonderful vibes up guys, and god bless you all. My motto would always be: "See you in Canada dudes" :)

Hi @BillHyatt @lino82 Can you guys suggest :)
Don't know how Bitcoin will be treated by OINP as there is no guarantee if they will accept or reject it.

Nevertheless, you can borrow money from your mom. OINP rule is that your account should have balance at the time of application till you are Nominated. You can explain that this money is for the sole purpose of settlement in Canada and attach Affidavit or Gift Deed from your mother as a supporting evidence.

I hope this will help.

Regarding Proof of Funds, I have a little over 13,500 CAD deposited in my a/c since more than 6 months ago. Most of it was deposited in cash by myself and parts of the amount were transferred from my parents account. Do I need a gift deed for this during the post ITA process?

Secondly, after getting the ITA can I pay the fees from this amount? And can I deposit more amount later on to bring back the balance up to 13k or 14k before I land, to show it to the immigration officer. Or do I need to maintain this balance throughout the whole process until I land?

you should take into account that Ontario Notification of Interest does not guarantee nomination...after scrutiny of ur application & submitted docs they may or may not nominate you...however the $1500 u pay is non refundable...

No...give it a try again!...If Canada is a dream, then don't give chase it up provided you have the cash to sit for the exam...start prep again and have hope in your heart...Get to 400 then you can relax and watch the draw pick you up...all the best! keep fighting
