My husband is the primary applicant for EE. I have teaching work experience of outside canada. But my husband has claimed points for my work experience. Do i need to upload detailed reference letters similar to primary applicant? I have read that spouse foreign work experience does not counts?

How did he claim points for your work experience? considering that the dependent's foreign work experience doesn't add any points.

Remove your foreign work experience, it is irrelevant to your husbands application.

He can not claim points for spouse`s foreign work experience. Only Canadian work experience is accepted for spouse. Put your work experience only into the personal activities section, so you do not need any employer letter.

Hi,

I have a question regarding my spouse's Canadian work experience. She worked for more than a year as cook in Pizza Hut but never got any offer letter or experience letter.

She does have T4, NOA and pay stubs. Her manager can provide notarized reference letter but not in company letter head because its not available for them. Her manager doesn't have any visiting card but the complete contact details will be there in the letter.

To claim CRS points of 1 year spouse's Canadian work experience, will these documents be sufficient?

Thanks,
RG

You can give it a try. But make sure you explain the reason for not giving reference letter in LoE. I am not sure although whether spouse work experience should fall in a particular NOC or it can be any Canadian work experience. Do check that.
