Hey, I am in the same situation as you are. I got my SA on the same day.

Steps to send Schedule A to CIC:
Upload physically signed copy of Schedule A + PCC via IRCC Webform (one of my friends uploaded electronically signed, CIC asked them to upload a physically signed one)
Send a physical copy to CPC-Mississauga (this is done as IRCC Webform has a huge backlog)

My questions + udub's questions to the forum members:
a. 2012 allows physical signature. Please confirm if it 2012 or we can use 2017 and sign on top of the name in the electronic signature section?
b. In IRCC Webform, please help me answer the following questions:

1) Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada? Our application is still with CPC-Mississauga but eventually it will go to NewDelhi Visa Office (outside Canada). So is it yes or no?
2)Type of application/enquiry - Is it option "Technical Difficulties"? or "Sponsorship?" As I remember reading somewhere that it must be "Technical Difficulties"
3) What happens when I click next? I have not done it yet as I want to click next after getting the above questions answered.
4) In Enquirer Section, Relationship to applicant? The answer I am selecting is the applicant. In this case, should I repeat the answers.
c. Now, courier the physical copy.
1) Cover letter explaining the whole scenario
2) On the envelope - I will state the following:
Applicant Name
Application #
Family Class - Spouse Outside Canada​
3) Mailing Address:
Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8​
I didn't receive any correspondence to upload my SA, after trying so hard, we called the call center and an agent suggested to send it via the IRCC Web Form. You must download the PDF form and fill all the necessary blanks and VALIDATE it. Then write your Given name and Family name as your signature and then send it.

i was able to link my wife's file successfully. Wondering how long before they will ask for rest of the info. i still havnot received an email for sponsor eligibilith.

Hi, my husband received a notice that i must submit schedule A form and that I will also receive the same request within 5 days, but i did not. However, i still went ahead and fill out Schedule A. Upon checking today, i noticed that I do not have the option to upload any documents in myCIC account. :(

Does anyone know what i can do? TIA!
Don't worry.
I didn't receive any notifications to send my Schedule A form. After a month we called the call center and an agent suggested to send the form via IRCC Web Form. I still can't upload any documents via my online account either.

guys i have a problem.. i have my application ready but my letter of employment and Notice of assessment has a wrong postal code.. its just 1 letter --
my manager is out on vacation so cant get it corrected.
please advise do you think it is a problem please let me know.

The only difference is that each request can be different, so personally it's best to wait for the request to come in, some have been asked to provide with photos as well and a signed document scan not just the validated one. Just something i personally have observed.

If you do not see upload option within 5 days, open a technical issue request with them so they can fix your account.

did agent say he is going to let the processing officer know of the issue on your account ? mine did and a week or two later account had option to upload the files.

I sent mine to the address that i sent the application to. It has not been delivered yet so I'm not sure. I guess I'll find out next week. The address was

Hi, I tried validating Sched A background declaration, was able to validate it but I didnt see any barcode. I tried with different computer, was able to validate it again but no barcode as well, i tried filing up directly on cic website and validate it right away but no barcode as well...is there a problem with my computer (both computer and laptop that i used has updated pdf) or Schedule A has no longer barcode at all? thanks in advance.

Schedule A is one of those that does not produce any barcodes I believe. My spouse had the same thing happen. So we we ensured we validated it and use that copy.
