2, 1, 1, 0 after that. You will always get an automated response, and you will most likely always get "we are currently experiencing a high number of calls" and then it will hang up. You need to keep calling back.

Alot of people say they get through right at 8am, I always got through btw 10-11am
Sounds good, thanks for the quick response :)

Yes. It says you have an email. So he checked it to his mycic account and it shows messages and then at the bottom it says view submitted documents (blue botton) and there you will find the direct upload files and after uploading click next or continue then transmit! Hope this will help. Goodluck to us!
Lucky you then. I'm glad to hear that it all worked. Unfortunately for me and others the email never came. Thank you

Hi everyone! I'm elated. I just received my AOR. I know we still have a long way to go BUT it's a step in the right direction. Below is our current timeline.

Application Sent: April 19th
Application Received: April 21st
Received AOR: May 24th
Application linked to GCKey: May 24th

I guess I'll keep posting updates. Can anyone send me the link to the spreadsheet so I can add my time line?

just sent off my wife sched a and pcc to CIC by mail and it should be delivered tomorrow

hopefully i'll see some progress within the next week
Hi,

We just linked our account couple days ago, now waiting for any request from CIC.
When they request schedule A or PCC does it have to go by mail or we can just upload it to the account linked to our application?

Usually you upload it the option to upload becomes available in your account.

Thank you very much. i just would like to know if the information is autosave.

Secondly, I am originally from Pakistan and residence in UAE from past 25 years. Can anyone guide me which will be my Visa Office. as over the spreadsheet i do not see UAE as Visa Office?

Your bit of information is highly appreciated.

thanks :)
Hi, yes the spreadsheet has an autosave feature within. I believe Abu Dhabi would be your visa office but I cannot see it in the list. Once your application is transferred you will receive an email stating the visa office.

generally, there will be an option in your MyCIC to upload the docs once you get the request.

However, I highly recommend you overnight the documents to CIC by mail as there have been many issues where people are not receiving the actual request or the option to upload. This way, you can at least make sure someone has it as long as you request to have someone sign for it upon delivery.

You can submit it through IRCC web form but that takes at least 10 business days and CIC does not send you any confirmation they have received it.

The only difference is that each request can be different, so personally it's best to wait for the request to come in, some have been asked to provide with photos as well and a signed document scan not just the validated one. Just something i personally have observed.

If you do not see upload option within 5 days, open a technical issue request with them so they can fix your account.

ok, so i will ask my husband (PA) to scan the PCC, Schedule A and keep it with him and mail me the original documents, i will forward them to CIC myself. Does that sounds like a good plan?

1 more question: did you mailed your documents to the same address where you sent the application file?
