hello, i revoked the previous account and created another one, then chose application no. and UCI , put 2 under no. of applicants althaugh on file it was just 1 as its only my wife. left the passport section empty, filled the rest, intentionally left city where intent to reside and fill this one once asked( when it turns red). it worked for me this time and was able to link the file.
