Congrats Libu:)

As for my situation, we mailed the schedule A and police certificates and it was delivered on May 13th.
No updates or anything. I called IRCC, the agent told me to wait for 10-15 business days for the additional docs to be attached to the original application. So, basically, my docs are sitting in one room to be taken by some agents!!!
When they attach the documents, will I get a confirmation email? How long will that take?
I try not to get depressed but can't help.

Any comment is appreciated.

Hi

When they attach the documents you will not get any communication. The way we found out was by calling and off chance the agent told us they have been added to our file.

If you have submitted medical, police checks and Sched A all to CPC Mississauga, the next you should hear will be a notice of transferring the file to a VO. For us it took less than 2 weeks to be transferred after they got our Sched A but it is different for everyone

The next step for you will be the file transfer (Keep checking the PA ECAS for change to "In Process" from "App received"). Sometimes you get an email confirmation for documents received and file transfer but sometimes you do not get it.

Is it a bad idea to order gcms notes for your file this early? Our schedule A was confirmed attached since Apr 25 but there is no movement on our file according to the agent. I am concerned that the person handling our file is waiting on something and we have no idea what it is because we never received any requests. Medical and police cert were submitted upfront. The only thing we know for sure they asked for is schedule A in the sponsor approval letter but I'm getting concerned.

Thank you :) Medical was requested by NDVO after the file got transferred.

I submitted my spousal application on March 11, 2017. Then i got an SMS on March 14th saying that IRCC has received my application, since then I haven't been contacted via email or phone. I am worried it has been over 2 months and I haven't gotten an update. What should I do? Is there an number can call?
Any help is appreciated!

This is quite long to hear something back from them. Usually you should get at least an AOR within a month. You should call the IRCC call center 1-888-242-2100 (only from within Canada) asap and ask them to look for your details in their system.

What spread sheet are we all using then?!
