Yes po need mo ideclare siya, however, ang issue since hindi kayo ng sama sa isang bahay for 1 year, he cant be considered as common law. Yan ung description nila for common law..
@hopefulheart12 sa case mo ba nun umalis ka, nag sama na din kayo and dinaclare mo sya as Common law? Technically speaking "Conjugal Partner" if di nag sama. Tama?

As per CIC website: Conjugal partner - A person outside Canada who has had a binding relationship with a sponsor for at least one year, but could not live with their partner. Includes both opposite- and same-sex relationships.

Medyo confused ako baka kasi pag di ko sya dinaclare as Common Law now, magkaroon ako problem by the time issponsoran ko na sya.

My son and I will be heading to TO for the Fall 2017 intake and will be there for the next 3 years. Any suggestions on how to transport personal effects in excess of the allowed checked-in baggage aside from buying additional baggage from your airline as it is more expensive? I probably have 4 more balikbayan boxes of them that are really necessary for me to bring there. Is it advisable to just have them shipped after or before landing?

Anyways, goodluck to all applicants!

Wag kayo mabahala sa 20hrs/ week na trabaho, meron naman under the table :p

Sa mga nahihirapan gumawa ng SOP just let me know, Maybe I could help po.

Sa mga nurses na nasa Calgary or nasa Alberta, alam niyo po bang pwede kayo mag pa assessed ng credentials and pde kayo bigyan ng government ng level 2 childcare certificate to be able to work in daycares? Just let me know if you need some information :)
@erwinjohn997 I am currently working on my SOP, sa mga seniors like you pwede mag pa proof read pleeease. :)

Hmmm PN is a two-year course and mahirap makapag trabaho while studying kasi sobrang busy ng schedule nila. i have friends na nag LPN then yun yung sabi nila. Hindi sila makapag work. Pero 100% employment raate yan dito tapos malaki sahod :)
@erwinjohn997 Nurse din ako sa pinas, pero iba na kasi un current job ko for the last 6 years. My plan is to study Business Admin muna related to my current job then get into EE kasi mas malaki un points ko. For Internationally Educated nurses you need to submit your credentails to NNAS for evaluation (12 months processing) tapos if un result is somewhat comparable need mo aral refresher course mga 6-12 months yun ulit (plus tuition na naman!!!) after nun endorse ka nila sa Regulatory Body para makapag NCLEX/CPNRE at mag Academic IELTS ka din to be officially Licensed.
