Bachelors degree after masters degree in Canada

hello Fellas, Is it possible to get study permit (extension) after obtaining a Master's degree then pursuing a Bachelors degree afterwards?. I have gained admission to read Poli Sci at Umanitoba, but will like to pursue a B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) afterwards. it is usually considered a professional program. thanks
