I've submitted my appeal and got approved. Later today, I've submitted the COC application and did the payment.

Now, I need to go for finger printing and send the docs to COC SPF for COC.

I have checked on internet. There are two agencies in Delhi, who helps on the same. I have narrowed down on these two, when I initiate the process for my Singapore COC.

Sorry mate. No information on Chandigarh/mohali. By the way, why dont you call them and travel for a day to Delhi for this? For transcripts, I travelled multiple times to Panchkula from Delhi.

I think most of the agencies have their representatives in all major cities of India. You may just call them and inquire.

My Singapore COC appeal request is still "In-progress" and is not approved yet. Any idea how long does it take for the appeal to approve/reject?

May I request other members, who went for the Singapore COC please update their status.

COC appeal takes generally around 3-5 business days to be approved or rejected.
SPF is generally quite fast in their process.
No worry, this should come on Monday

May be SPF is getting these requests too frequently these days and decided to help out the people . I applied for CoC early this month (with ITA) and received it yesterday.

In fact, SPF has accepted my wife's request for CoC without her name in the ITA. They first rejected but we sent an explanation that only primary applicants are listed in ITA and not the dependents and requested them to consider. Honestly we were not hopeful but planned to proceed without my wife's CoC and attache LOE requesting new letter from CIC.

To our surprise, SPF has accepted our explanation and issued CoC to my wife too. We may be lucky but SPF may have started using commonsense .

I'm also a non citizen based in Singapore. I just took the chance and submitted the appeal for COC with the ITA as attachment this week. Fingers crossed they will accept it

I checked the website and we can only see the coc status.
