No , I am not able to update the application. Update my application is greyed out right now. I do not need to do update of my application right now.

Did you apply inland? I applied and mine was received December 2nd, 2016... inland. Still no news it says my eligibility has not started yet... is that normal? I passed the medical exam, got a work permit... summited my police certificate but my background check hasn't been approved they have been reviewing it for almost a year now...
