Greetings everyone. If I have completed 1 year of post secondary education in a college and 2 years of post-secondary training(certificate) , do I get 15 or 30 points?

So, it's not cumulative? And I guess it should be 1 program.

So is it even worth mentioning my first 1 year program?
And also there is little overlap in the study I did. That is first program I graduated in April 2012(1 year) and the second program I started in Jan 2012 and graduated in June 2014 (2 years). Will that be an issue?

Please advise how many Canadian education points will be give to 2 years accelerated program which is actual program duration 3 years, 15 or 30 pts?
