Hi everyone!

I have two questions regarding the PR confirmation process:
  1. I received the P1 email at my email address, my wife's email address, and my daughter's email address (which is the same as mine). Do I need to reply separately from each email, or can I reply once from my email and include everyone's information in the same response?
  2. Regarding the photo upload in P2, I have a recent digital passport photo, but I don't have the back of the photo showing the photographer's information and details. Can I use the digital photo as it is, or do I also need to upload the back of the photo with the photographer's details?
Thanks in advance for your help!

1. i suggest you to reply as a main applicant with everyone detail's from main applicant's email. Also reply from dependent's emails of their details.
2. you do not need to upload back of the photo). no photographer's or studio detail's needed. however, make sure your photo is not more than a year old.

Thanks for your reply! I checked the IRCC website, and it says that even with a digital photo, you still need to provide the photographer's details and studio confirmation. That's why I'm a bit confused!

If your photographer gave you a digital copy of your photo, upload a document with your photo that includes
  • the information that would normally be listed on the back of the photo
    • the name and date of birth of the person in the photo
    • the date the photo was taken
    • the name and complete address of the photo studio
  • a confirmation from the photo studio (for example, a receipt)
