Its useless.its only for application submitted by mail.
Also,The new tracker not for convention refugee/protected person.
Only GCKEY for protected person if you dont have representative.automated call information same GCkey and if you speak with agent he will give you same information of gckey but with little bit details.only GCMS notes get more information but take time to recieved it and faster from cbsa.

Have you tried submitting an IRCC web form to ask about the status of your completeness check? Hopefully, your application will be reviewed soon and you’ll receive your AOR without further delay.

Hi, I tried this but I can’t see my pr application category that’s the protected persons pr application category in the webform

* Download the current IMM 5669 Schedule A – Background/Declaration.
* Complete the form again with your current information.
* Print the completed form.
* Sign by hand with a pen in the signature box.
* Add the date.
* Scan the signed form and upload the scanned copy through the method IRCC specified (Webform).

Update your application (for example, submit documents) → Add a document to your application → I am the principal applicant → What did you apply for? → Refugee → Refugee PR ->

Did we ask you to add the document(s) to your application? Yes, you ask me to add the Documents -> attached your document
This should help you submit your updated IMM 5669. Make sure you follow the instructions in IRCC’s request letter and keep a copy of your submission confirmation.
