Good afternoon. Please I need help clarifying something. I am a protected person and I submitted my digital passport for PR (P2) on 15th October 2026. My husband and daughter (6years) who are currently in Nigeria got a letter from Accra visa office to submit some documents and the IMM 0008 form. Please which program is he supposed to apply? "Refugee or family" and if Refugee, will it be "outside canada - refugee or "in canada - protected person" please.
