After 105 days of waiting, we finally received AOR.

But, is something wrong? They used my UCI - not provided my husband with his own? They used my maiden name also?

Then it says, for the following persons: MY NAME, His Name (typed out that way as well... my name in all caps, his normal after mine)

No that's totally fine, your spouse UCI will be in communication sent to them (biometric/medical...). you will see it also in gckey when you link application to your gckey account.
