Sowp after visitor record refusal

i was on maintained status for vistor record when i applied for sowp with aor from my inland spousal sponsorship. now my visitor record got refused and now i am on 90 day period window. what would be impact on my sowp application now?
1. I submitted sowp application 2 days before receiving AOR then submitted it through webform.
2. Is there any possibility my sowp can approved?
3. What should I do should i wait for sowp result or applying to restore my status
4. How can i restore my status?

3. After AIP yes although your whole timeline may raise red flags since there are more cases of marriages of convenience as people try to remain in Canada.
3. You should attempt to restore your status although there is no guarantee of approval. If you applied inland and not outland you and your spouse need to consider whether it makes sense for you to withdraw your application and apply Outland. If you are removed then you would have to start applying from scratch if you applied inland.

So it will be processed as submitted. Given you have no status in Canada you aren’t eligible for an SOWP until AIP of your sponsorship application. You have bigger issues as you don’t have status in Canada and can be removed. You should attempt to restore your status for a variety of reasons but given Canada’s attempt to reduce the number of temporary residents or residents without status you could also be required to leave Canada.

What will be refused? The SOWP? Not necessarily refused but put on hold until you get AIP if you are without status. If your status is restored you could be approved for an SOWP before AIP. You should try to restore your status to try to prevent removal. If your visitor record was denied I assume you may have been in Canada for a while so hopefully you also have a long documented relationship history because you will likely face increased scrutiny.
